Halis DİN
Founder and the CEO of the Merkur Group Halis DİN was born on 1976 in Tokat. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree at Anadolu University at the Faculty of Civil Aviation and later on he acquired his Master’s Degree in the field of Public Management at Sakarya University. As the founder of Merkur he emphasizes the importance of education and he still continues to pursue his education on Sociology at Anadolu University.
After he graduated from university, he started working at Ground Services in Aviation and his 10 years of experience in the aviation sector resulted with the foundation of Merkur at 2003. Alongside his successful business career, he also worked as an academician in the department of Civil Aviation at several universities and continued to support education. Halis DİN who prefers to hand on his knowledge and experiences to future generations through education has also been deemed worthy of numerous awards by Non-Governmental Organizations.
